Thank you for your advice..my husband is disabled in a wheelchair six foot 5 and 20 stone..I’m five foot 7 and was about 10.5 stone size 12..we were told about your diet from a work colleague and we have just followed the basics over the last three months. I am now a size 8 no idea what I weigh don’t need to know, my clothes say it all! I was just supporting my husband in diet he is definitely healthier and hard to tell but I think steadily losing weight. I will happily advocate your diet and do tell everyone as all have noticed!
